Responsibilities:

Preparation of shop drawing with coordination of consultants in architecture field from details engineering phase through construction phase.

Submit general drawings as per project delivery schedule

Site measurement & meet up with clients & various parties to have better understanding what they expected.

Tender, fabrication, assembly, installation drawings, submission, maintain Records
Requirements:

Diploma in Civil & Structural / Building
-
Min 3 years experience in construction field

Lead / manage the team of QS, Tender and Procurement Department

Prepare / review tender documents / Letter of Award / sub-contract or documents

Coordination with consultants / clients

Execution plans of the project

Resource management

Daily operations management

Review and report progress and ensure profitability is maintained through cost management
Requirements:

Degree in Civil & Structural or Building, recognized by PEB

Min 5 years of experience in Building Construction Management
